The maturation period on the lees for Lantieri Franciacorta DOCG varies from 24 months, for the Brut and Extra Brut, fresh and very pleasant, to 30 for the Satèn, delicate and highly versatile, and the Rosé, vinified with Pinot Noir grapes which give it the unmistakable pink colour. On the other hand, 42 are the months for the Millesimato Arcadia, which represents the top of the range in production and which stands out for its structure, complexity, fullness and intense and spicy notes.
