The history of the Vallone Company is the story of a family who dedicated their passion to seeing their original winemaking project grow and who, in the second half of the last century, became the protagonists of an innovative process with which they contributed to changing the perception of Apulian wine in Italy and in the world.
Vallone is a productive reality of 500 hectares divided into 3 estates in the municipalities of San Pancrazio Salentino, San Pietro Vernotico and Carovigno.
